Roof Restoration
A roof is quiet until water finds a weak joint. Peakform begins with a written survey of coverings, flashings, valleys, penetrations, gutters, and outlets. You receive photographs and a plain-language note before any covering is lifted, so the decision to repair or replace is visible rather than guessed.
Where the deck is sound, we repair. Where age or storm damage has spread through the underlayment, we set a replacement sequence that protects the rooms underneath while the covering is open. Skylights, vents, and chimney junctions are detailed in the same scope.
After the work, we walk the ground and, where it is safe, the eaves with you. Care notes cover how to clear outlets and what a healthy valley looks like after heavy rain, so the household can see trouble early.
What a scope usually includes
- Moisture survey and photo record
- Flashing, valley, and penetration repairs
- Tile, shingle, slate, or metal coverings as specified
- Gutter and outlet checks
- Temporary weather cover while a plane is open
- Final walkthrough and care notes
