Elena Voss, Design Lead
Elena draws the rooms people touch every day: kitchens, baths, and the daylight around them. She starts with a measured sketch and a conversation about storage, not with a catalogue. Samples are viewed in the actual light of the elevation or the worktop.
She writes specifications that a maker can follow. A hinge side, a tile direction, and the height of a niche are decisions, and she records them. When a product disappears from a supplier, she proposes a near alternative and waits for a yes.
Households who feel overwhelmed by choice usually leave a meeting with fewer options and a clearer one. That editing is the work.
